Liming
A pelletized material
designed to adjust the soil PH, improve soil texture and
drainage while making other nutrients available to the grass
plants.

Fertilization
A granular or liquid applied material containing the
necessary major and minor elements necessary to ensure good
plant health, vigor and color.

Broadleaf Weed Control
A liquid applied material for the control of common and
difficult to control broadleaf weeds.

Crabgrass Control
A granular or liquid applied material for both pre and
post emerged control. Usually two applications are
recommended.

Fungus Control
A liquid applied material for the control of most common
lawn diseases.

Insect Control
A liquid or granular applied material for the control of
both surface and soil insects such as grubs, chinch bugs and
sod webworms.

Core
Aeration
A mechanical process of removing cores from the soil to
provide air, water and nutrient infiltration to the turf
root system.

Seeding
A mechanical process of introducing seed into the soil
by means of a "slit seeder" or "over seeder" ensuring good
"seed-soil contact" on both new and existing grass areas.

Lawn
Renovation
A mechanical process to restore poor turf. This process
includes removing thatch, core aeration, and overseeding.
This service may require eradication of existing grass prior
to seeding process.
